The house have a smartlock in the front door. access code would be provided after the full payment is made and a few day prior to the arrival.

Not public events allowed, not smoking in the property, not over 8 people allowed. quiet time starts at 10:00pm. please respect the Neiborhood and park only in the designated areas.
