The house is located inside of Maeva residencial next to Sam's Club. when you arrive to the main entrance let the security guard that you are going to house number 1 located on the first corner on your right side. you will have your own driveway for 2 cars.

Please take care of our home Our main rule is not Smoking. Please be considerate and respect our rule. If you or your guest(s) smoke, please consider a different home. The cigarette clean up fee will be $150. We love our pets and we are sure you love yours too but pets are not allowed on the beds or sofa. Payment Policy

50% payment required for reservations made over 30 days in advance, full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

in case of any damage to the house, missing items or extra cleaning fee required.

strict cancellation policy, the guest will have to cancel 30 days prior to arrival foir a full refund.
